Diagnostics at Lanes

Lanes Vets has on-site diagnostic facilities to ensure we provide the highest level of care for your pets.

We have onsite blood haematology and biochemistry machines at each branch meaning we can get emergency results quickly. We also have facilities to run urine and faecal tests in-house.

Amongst our diagnostic tools are digital x-ray machines, including dental x-ray equipment, which enable detailed imaging for accurate diagnoses. Ultrasound equipment allows for non-invasive internal examinations, while our endoscope provides valuable insights into the inner workings of your pet’s body. Additionally, we offer blood pressure and ECG monitoring services to ensure the cardiac health of your furry friends.

Acute care

Acting fast is key when dealing with acute illness and injury. Our experienced team and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and comfortable care facilities enable us to provide the best level of care.

Whether your pet is suffering from an acute or severe illness or has suffered a trauma, you can count on us to ensure they receive expert veterinary care.

Chronic and long-term conditions

The Lanes Vets team have many years’ experience treating pets with long-term conditions such as epilepsy, arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes. They can provide a range of treatments and practical advice on how to best manage your pet’s condition.

Our vets can also make referrals to a network of UK clinics when more specialised treatment is needed.
