At Lanes Vets, both our Small Animal Team and our Farm Vet Team aim to provide the best possible care for your animals and the best service to you as our client. We are a large practice which enables us to invest in skills and equipment but we are split into smaller teams to provide continuity of care and a personal service.
Our friendly and experienced Small Animal Team are dedicated to the care of your pet, offering the very best level of advice and treatment. We understand that your pet is an important family member and treat them as such. Our aim is to provide a high quality, cost effective service to keep your pets happy and healthier for longer.
Our small animal team cover 3 sites at Garstang, Poulton-Le-Fylde and Lancaster. Each surgery has it’s own team of dedicated vets. You can request your preferred vet meaning your pet is seen by a vet who knows them and their needs. We also provide our own out of hours service, so if you need us when the surgery is closed we have full access to your pets record and can provide continuous care.
We have a team with further qualifications and special interests in a number of areas across a range of skills. This allows us to cope with challenging cases in ophthalmology, dermatology, cardiology, dentistry and soft tissue surgery. We can provide imaging with ultrasound, radiography and endoscopy, pain or wound management with K-Laser, helping us to diagnose and treat your pet more effectively and getting them on the road to recovery more quickly.
We have 24 hour nursing care at our Garstang surgery. If your pet is poorly and needs admitting for treatment our nurses will be there to provide every comfort 24 hours a day.
